Has anyone had contact with Persaud's office since May 16?

Hey out there... has anyone had contact with these guys lately? They got back in touch with me following a post in early May, but I have not heard anything since May 16. What is my recourse? The bank is breathing down my neck.... Thanks for any help...

According to the BBB report & the CA State Bar, this is their current address & number:

Downey, CA 90240

Since the BBB has received returned mail at the D street address and received information that the Downey office is not where he practices, they have no additional information to offer.
