I purchased a cruiser for my son's birthday. He was so excited when the box arrived. Me, not so much. The description of the bike was black, and the bike I received was grey, now as I read the specifics of the bike,displayed further down the page, it is described as charcoal grey, so why wasn't it listed as such? There were many defects to the bike like scratches and imperfections in the paint job itself. The rear fender and one spoke was bent. The nuts with cross head tops that attach the fenders were stripped and the front reflector doesn't fit this bike at all. I refuse to pay a re-stocking fee and return shipping when I don't feel any of this was my fault. All and all very disappointing and I will forward no recommendation.
