I wanted to ordered from 4PetUSA.com, however, I had a few questions regarding their policies and looked for a phone number on their site, when I noticed they offered an online chat, I thought, how convenient. I prompted the chat, but waited for over an hour and no one responded to my request. The only response I received was a standard message saying "You are next in queue. We will be with you in just a moment."
Will not do business with.

Thank you for comment. We value all customers feedback and hence we utilize the feedback as training material to better assist our customers. We regret and apologize you were unable to contact us using our live chat feature on our site. With current technology we cannot control glitches on the internet nor software running any live chat programs. However we are in our office Monday - Friday from 9a.m. to 4p.m. Pacific Time. Again software glitches are out of our control.
