ADW sells dangerously inaccurate diabetic equipment & poor shipping

I am currently being ignored after asking for an RMA for inaccurate diabetic syringes. ADW claims the brands I ordered have great reviews, but they are off by between 0.25 units and 0.5 units. I cannot use them.
They offered to allow me to return the "unopened" box when none of the boxes were sealed when they arrived.
This company has gone downhill in a hurry. They started shipping expensive test strips in the thinnest cardboard boxes I've ever seen. These are not boxes intended for shipping, and my last order arrived crushed.
So ADW is trying to save pennies on shipping based on weight, meaning that the more I spend (up to $400.) on diabetic supplies, the less protected my investment is. I will never order from them again. However, I am attempting to find who owns ADW so I can go over the heads of the 10 employees who run ADW. I see ADW income as $25 MILLION and feel they are petty and stingy with NO regard whatsoever as to the quality of their products. Money first!
