"All Brides of Claremont" now goes by "Bridal Bliss Boutique." This owner gives the bride-to-be anything but bliss! I ordered my wedding dress April 21 and my wedding date is September 24th of this year. Today is September 12th. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DRESS!!!! She expects it to arrive September 17th! Apparently my dress arrived in the wrong size and they had to send it back and order another dress in my size. However she decided not to inform me of the delay because, "she didn't want to upset me".
Even if it arrives by Sept. 17th (7 days before my wedding date!) I know I will need several alterations to do be done. I know it will be impossible for me to wear this Maggie Sottero gown down the aisle. Although she claims she can have the alterations rushed I refuse to put all my hope and faith into this rude, unprofessional and unethical shop owner. She denied giving me a refund of my deposit even though she breached our contract by not having my dress by the promised date which was July.
The absolute worst part of the whole situation is that this woman never even apologized that I wasn't contacted and acted rather annoyed that I was upset about the situation. I wonder how annoyed she will be when she gets served her subpoena next week!
Save your sanity and stay far away from this place.
