I wasn't sure what to expect when I first contacted AmeriEsate. I knew my father had set up the trust, I had a copy, but I never expected to be guided with such care and patience like I was. Stephanie Lane explained all the details in a language I could understand. So much of the legal jargon and laws of California are not meant to be understood by lay people, her expertise was invaluable.
The real hero in this story is Amanda Griffin. She answered all my emails and panic riddled phone calls with such compassion and care I felt like I was her only client. Her response time was alway immediate despite our 3 hour time difference. No question or concern was ignored or pushed aside.. I honestly feel like they have become my friends even though we have never met face to face.
I highly recommend this company, it is the best money you will ever spend to protect yourself, your assets and most important the future of your family.
