It's disappointing to receive this feedback from Stuart as we worked very hard together on the first and second loan to make it happen. During the first and second loan, we provided transparent communication regarding the challenges that needed to be addressed. Stuart does travel for work and even though he worked with us to get the information we needed back to us, there were delays. We were able to meet Stuarts needs on the first loan, however, do to changes in Stuarts application between the first and second loan, we could not offer the same loan and offered the only available option. It was for Stuart to make a decision on what was best and we were ready to cancel the loan or move forward. The appraisal, credit, and verification fees were all paid by the company and Stuart paid no fees. We acted with integrity and urgency the entire time.
