worst online shopping experience ever

I ordered through both perfectcostume and vibeshop. It took over a month to be credited for a cancelled order through a perfectcostume.com. I was only credited after calling and telling customer service I was filling fraud charges with with my credit card.
My order through the vibeshop took over a month to be delivered and I was give false shipping information twice by customer service before it arrived. I ordered 10 items from the vibeshop. Of those 6 were wrong and one was missing when I finally received my
order. I contacted customer service and was given a return address and an RMA# for my returns. Two months later still no credit for the wrong and missing items and my package has just been returned to me by the post office as undeliverable. So far the company
does not respond to my emails and the numbers I call are always busy. I would not recommend anyone to shop with aperfectcostume.com or the vibeshop.com.
