Astrabeds.. they make it right

due to a cc daily limit spend on my card I had to make two different purchases, one on a monday and the other the next day on a tuesday. This created some confusion because one order went thru as a twin when it was supposed to be a queen, when they corrected
the mistake I made, they accidentally left the white glove shipping off of that order, while the other order I put in correctly, still had white glove delivery. It became apparent that one was being shipped UPS and the other white glove and being new in my
neighborhood there was no way I could get the bed up my stairs by myself so needed the white glove delivery. When I alerted Rodrigo of the issue he said once if not 10 times that they will do everything to make it right. And they did. They intercepted the
regular delivery and rerouted it for me so they would both be delivered with the white glove delivery. Thanks so much for the great customer service. Now I can't wait to use the beds :)
