As a Long Beach resident for some 10 years, I felt compelled to write a review to describe my experience with Automated Collections, Inc. ("ACI").
This year has been incredibly difficult for my family and I. My husband has been layed off and we got behind on our bills. Unlike the out of state collection agencies who called and yelled profane upsenities at us and spoke to us like we were dogs, the staff at ACI have always been courteous and helpful.
ACI is also based in the City of Long Beach and perhaps knows their community well. We explained our financial situation and ACI worked kindly with us to allow us to pay our obligations in terms we could afford. The staff at ACI also helped us understand our rights. ACI offered so much assistance that now we have those other out of state collection agencies being nice.
We commend ACI and their staff for the professional way they deal with the public. We think they are an outstanding company and we are forever grateful for their help.
