If I could've rated them less than 1 star, I would have. I used them on our wedding anniversary a while back, and they delivered the flowers to the WRONG place at the END OF THE DAY, and then argued with me about refunding my money. After time passed, I forgot which flower shop had done this, and I mistakenly used them again for Valentine's Day. Guess what. They didn't even deliver the flowers. When I called them to ask what happened, they told me the flowers would be delivered by 6:00 PM that evening because they had been busy taking care of their "business" customers and were overwhelmed. I once again had to demand my money back. Save yourself some time and frustration and use a different flower shop. ANY other flower shop - nobody else could possibly be this bad. Maybe there should be a 1/2 star option above to indicate "They shouldn't be allowed to operate a business."
