Steer clear of these idiots. When I never received a confirmation of my order or a shipping notice I used their "Order Status" lookup which supplied bogus tracking numbers. Then when I submitted a ticket they claimed the item had shipped several days earlier. After a week I replied to the ticket that I was going to dispute the charge at PayPal and file a mail fraud complaint. That lit a fire under them and they sent me tracking numbers that show the item had just been sent that day. Fully 10 days after the order was placed. They even dared me to file the mail fraud complaint. That is my next stop...
