Bank of America has the worst customer Service in their home loan department everrrr

I was pre-approved with BAC for a 1st time home loan. I was excited I have done business with them for 13 yrs checking, savings, cc & business account is with them. I have always been satisfied with their customer service. Needless to say that my perception of the company has changed drastically. I just wish I had took a look at the reviews here before I wasted time and money on inspections & appraisal. They approved me for the loan, I found a HUD home at a great price and I was denied during the underwriting process based on the info provided during my prequalifying information. NOTHING changed. Because of the contradiction in the denial letter it may create a problem in getting my earnest money back that is required as a deposit on all HUD homes. Their denial explanation very contradicting, and I am still confused. Prior to that, they asked for the same docs several times. They take a week to return a call, that include both the loan officer as well as the fulfillment specialist, and their superiors. It is a very time sensitive process and they only communicated with me if they were calling me for additional information, but never returned my calls if I had a question or wanted to confirm any paper work being received. I'm not bitter because my loan was denied now that I know how horrible and insensitive BAC is, but I am upset how I was handled after being a loyal customer for all of these years. What can I/We do to have our voices heard, because clearly they don't care how we feel & without us, there will be no use for them???? Geesh with the financial turmoil this country is experiencing, you would think every customer count, but NO we're still being taken for granted.
Has anyone found help or resolution to BAC home loan customer service??????
