The relationship started out well with friendly people. The quote was high, but we were reassured that this was a premium moving and storage company. The company has a good system of keeping furniture stored in container units which isolate each customer's furniture.
Once the furniture is stored and access is needed, the relationship changed dramatically. There has been a high level of disregard for protecting the furniture and damage has resulted from negligence. There are excessive charges for any access at all. Customer Service is limited to negotiating new charges.
