I ordered A 2008 Roco Tst closeout shock for $229 On may 27th, I Received an email confirming the order. The next night I got a call from them letting me know that shock had to be special ordered so it would be a few days ( it was posted on the website that it would take 4-7 days) I also ordered the shock red label because I was down with a broken bike. About two weeks later on the on June 10th 2010 I called to see what was taking so long. Talked to the guy who left me a message and he told me yeah its gonna be a few more days. So I was nice and thanked him, hung up. I call today, get the same guy now he puts me on hold for 20 minutes, comes back and tells me that the company doesn't have anymore of the shocks.....I told them your website allowed me to order the shock? You told me its on the way? Now you want me to buy the 2010 model for 100 more dollars? Usually I would have just bought the other shock, but the total disregard for the huge mistake they made pisses me off. I told him I want a shock, they were not even willing to work a deal with me on selling me something else... Was this the bait and switch? Who wants to deal with a company like this? Not me. When I buy something and you tell me its coming....Give me something. Wheel world is legit take your business there.
