I ordered a computer over the Internet and within a day my credit card was charged and I was sent an e-mail stating that my order was "released" and I would be receiving it within 5 to 9 business days. I was also told that within 3 days I would get a tracking number. After two weeks with no further contact, I called and got an e-mail back from the representative I talked to with "apologies", but no more information. I sent these people daily e-mails for a week, and received nothing but more apologies. I finally gave up and disputed their charge on my credit card. Miraculously, my computer showed up at the end of that week, a full 4 weeks after submitting my order. I think it was not coincidental that the product showed up after I disputed the charge. It seems like this company is running a Ponzi scheme, where they take new money to cover previous orders and only when their income stream is threatened do they actually deliver product. I would never do business with this company again.
