Very shady hole in the wall real estate management company which seems that only one individual has full access to the company records. Seems as though they are completely swamped with work or they give you the run around. They only respond to your phone call if a profit is involved. Takes their time to supply information detrimental to time sensitive personal information. Operates as a DBA (checks are made to a fictitious individual) and certified mail which requires receipt is rejected. I have known others that have sued this company and won for lack of the company following California law pertaining to repairs and for renewing units for existing loyal paying tenants. Do not expect a security deposit back. If they say they will call you back, don't expect it at all, even after repetitive attempts to dig information from them. Horrible business!
