Callbox did there jobs in getting me appointments and leads. My biggest concern was quality control and the language barrier they may be with a company calling from outside the US calling US clients. I was satisfied with there level of supervisors that ensured calls were made professionally. If your business benefits from cold calling, I would recommend it.
