Pretty sure some of the 5 stars reviews are their own folks - use them at your own risk.
the only database vendor (vendor refer to company or agency not freelancer) that required weekly chaser for an answer. poor pre and during the project servicing like they are not exactly keen to take on your project at all. Request for 1 contact per companies they provide multiple contacts per companies with the explanation that they are an advocate of ABM (clearly they have no sense of what exactly ABM is about when their conversion rate for ABM is 2%)
Terrible communication and use of words that break clarity in agreement /conversation and using it against clients who have already made full payment for the project - yes you need to pay before using them so here's an obvious trust broken customers of their.
Not the first time they break their agreement - overpromise and underdeliver.
