I will never buy another car from carmax agian ( no carmax). The mazda van I go has broken down so many time a new radiator, alternator, and now the check engine light is on again ( miss fireing piston) and I am sick of this and now that I have moved and my coupon book is beening sent to my old address and i have called them, writen to them, and emailed them about the change of address and they say they changed it but when I call again the next month to bpay the bill over the phone they tell me they still have to old address. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL THEM. Tghey want their money dont they, then send a coupon book.
Im never doing business with them again.
