I have been a customer of Caregivers USA since 1/07. I hired them to care for my elderly mother. During this time, my father fell ill unexpectedly and also required help. Caregivers USA provided care and assistance to my father during a very difficult time. I am so impressed with this company and thankful to them. They've been a God send to us. They have provided me with peace of mind knowing that my parents are well taken care of. Their presence has been instrumental in providing me with stress relief. What I appreciate most is the professional one on one care and attention I get from them. The owners are even willing and have cared for my parents in times of crisis. Their staff is truly committed to quality and patient safety. In my professional career, I have worked with many in home care giving companies and have learned what questions to ask and what to look for when interviewing a care giving company, and I am pleased to say that Caregivers USA sets the example/standard of excellent care. I cannot think of anything negative to say of this company, other than to thank them for all they have done for me and my family. I rate them 5 stars (5 being the best/highest score).
