They started helping me with my loan modification in April 2010, I sent them all the information they requested but didn't seem like anything was happening. In Aug 2010 they told me they couldn't help me so I'd be refunded my money. Well I wasn't refunded the money and phone lines are disconnected. I contacted my credit card company, provided them all the information I had on the company and our agreement of money back if they are unable to get me a loan modification. Thankfully my credit card was able to refund my money back, it's my understanding they went after the company and won. Those of you who paid with a credit card...call the company and see if they can help.
