I was almost through my loan process with another lender when I switched to CYOL. I was hesitant at first, but I'm very glad I decided to move forward. I would highly recommend CYOL over traditional lenders. Greg was extremely helpful throughout the process,
provided timely updates when I needed them and always made sure I understood what was involved in the current step and what came next. He did his best to set my expectations which made it a lot easier for me through the uncertain phases of going through a
home loan process. He was always available and even gave me his personal mobile number in case I needed to reach him after hours and over the weekend if I had any questions. I had better service with an online company than I did with a brick and mortar lender!
