I refinanced a construction loan. My original bank was a nightmare, could not even be bothered to supply the necessary documents for the refinance. David and Greg were a huge help. Being my first time going through the process I didn't really know what I was doing. Anytime I had a question they were there with answers, if they didn't know the answer they found it for me. They were quick to get my documents sorted out and even helped me through the process of getting the liens removed from my title. If it wasn't for these guys I would probably have lost my home.
