I contacted Cole Realty and Lending, Inc. dba CRL to obtain a mortgage for my first home I was purchasing. They were very friendly and very upfront on the fees and costs for obtaining the loan. The process went very smooth. I was told what was happening through every step of the process. And we closed in under 30 days. In this market, that is truly amazing. I would highly recommend them.
