I signed up with Community One Law Center in june of 2009 and it was the best decision I ever made. I was on the way to loosing my house because of the horrible adjustable rate that the lender gave me. I tried to do a modification myself but the lender rejected me. When I contacted Community One Law Center they were very nice and helpful. They contacted the lenders and got me a great modification with a low fix interest rate. I really appreciate their professionalism. I would recommend this company to anyone.
