I ordered an infant hat on line in October of 2009. The company took my payment but, I NEVER received it. It has been THREE months and I guess I've given up and am just now reporting it to the BBB (January 20, 2010)
I have sent 35 emails, TWO letters and made THREE phone calls but, have been TOTALLY ignored.
No one in the company has contacted me even though there is an automatic response to emails sent saying a "representative will contact you within 1-2 days"
I have to give a Star rating below but beleive me , if there was an area of NO stars..that's what they should have.
BEWARE ...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!
