I submitted a request for a refund for my life time membership back in 09 for Champions Online. I was denied because of my play time spent in the "free month" attempting to debug the game to make it a good investment. I also submitted a complaint to BBB. At the time the company had an F rating. (How they managed their A+ is beyond me.) I recently received an email replying to my complaint still denying me of my refund. Be very careful of this company, since the Atari take over they release buggy, and incomplete MMOs. Customer service is horrible and once they game is as ready as it is going to get for launch. They tend to move their crew to the next project while leaving a few people to run the recent release.
