Purchased one of their car covers on Ebay. After three months of continuous use the top surfaces of the cover rotted completely off and into little scraps which then disintegrated to dust on my driveway. Their Ebay auction stated "100% lifetime guarantee" "If you are not entirely satisfied, simply return the products to us for a full refund."
When I contacted them, they advised they would not issue a refund, and would only replace it with the same cover and then only if I returned the old cover, along with a notarized affidavit (?), plus $14.95 for handling and another 11.95 for shipping! Gee, do you think they were trying to discourage me??
This company promised quality and satisfaction, but delivered nothing more than a ridiculously cheap and useless product. To complete the scam, their unqualified auction promise of a "full refund" policy was nothing more than a lie to procure the sale.
ZERO stars for Day To Day Imports and Covershield.
