When I was first contacted by this company, they said their name was Loss Mitigation. Once I started working with them all of the papers said Debt Barter. I paid them $2,000 in October & they keep telling me they are waiting to hear back from the mortgage company. I went to the office and asked to see my file - there was nothing in the file but forms I had filled out & faxed to them. Now it looks like I will lose my home. I don't know how they can sleep at night.
