I contacted them about a month ago, inquiring about dental crowns, first of all is really difficult to get a response from these people, you have to chase them all the time for the to respond any email or WhatsApp, they should show some respect to clients and answer promptly.
They always give the excuse that they receive thousands of emails per day, but i have seen the same complaint from many people since 2018 so this is a fake excuse, they should treat clients better.
After i contacted them they sent me a quote for 24 E-max crowns, i asked all type of questions, like size of teeth, shape, colors, natural looks etc and they promised me everything would be done how i want it.
I decided to book a flight from USA to Antalya Turkey and get this done.
After traveling for 29 hours , I arrived to turkey, i received a huge surprise from Dental Centre Turkey, they didn't want to do crowns in fact they refused to do crowns and said only veneers telling me that it would be the same price, which is really strange because veneers are always cheaper than crowns, but they charge the same price.
They offered me a free mock-up because i was not convinced with the type of work proposed by them, OF COURSE the teeth looked massive massive, it was horrible, i told them what can be done and the answer was nothing, that i should find a orthodontics and just get braces, i found this super offensive.
1. I came all the way here because they said sizes of teeth, colors, shapes all kind of work needed to get a nice smile will be done by them.
2. I took a 29 hours flight that cost me $1,400 USD
3. I paid $288 Euros for Hotel
After all of this , they just tell me oh no sorry nothing can be done, just get braces and thank you??? come on.. i just spent about $1,800.00 USD, i am extremely tired because of the long flight and they give me this response? i come from far far and spent a lot of money. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
If i wanted to get braces i could of done that in my hometown, not spend all this time and money for nothing.
I sent an email to them mentioning how unsatisfied i was and the response given by them is a total joke.
The answer from them is that when i inquired about the services i never told them i have some small gaps on my teeth or sent pictures. COME ON what kind of answer is this. They are the professionals not ME, the one that have to ask all the relevant questions is them, i would be happy to send everything they wanted before coming to Antalya but they never did and now i got this cheap response. UNPROFESSIONAL.
Plus many of the people that get this type of dental work is because they have some problems with their teeth and want to have a better smile, if they were expecting perfect teeths, well really wrong because of course i have gaps that's why i am getting this type of work, if i had a perfect smile i wouldn't be here. WORST DENTAL CENTRE TURKEY.
The least they could of do is say sorry for all the problems this caused we will refund you the $1,800 USD of your hotel and airline tickets and we apologize for all of this. This is what a serious, honorable company will do.
Because one week of lost work and 28 hours of flight plus 30 hours to go back to my country will never be back, so the least they can do is at least cover the airline ticket and hotel.
WORST PEOPLE DENTAL CENTRE TURKEY, BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, THEY MAKE YOU SPEND MONEY ON HOTELS AND AIRLINE TICKETS, ONCE YOUR HERE THEY JUST WANT TO DO THE EASIES WORK, FASTEST WORK, CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE EXPENSIVE WORK, YOU CAN LOSE YOUR TIME, MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY, CANT GET THE WORK DONE OR MAYBE YOU ACCEPT AND THE END RESULT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANTED TO BE.
