Donald Meeker was forced to Retire by the USPTO!

I had an experience with him a few years ago. He took my money, did a patent search and when I paid him to file the patent became very, very, hard to get ahold of. After giving up for 2 yrs (I had to find another patent firm) I called his phone and he
actually answered! I forced him to apply my previous payments to a newer patent I wanted to file and used some other tactics to ensure it got filed this time. Later I found out the following disturbing information: =========================================================================
Donald Meeker was forced into retirement in 2011! He was in the middle of fighting disciplinary complaint(s) and chose to retire instead. This doesn't seem to have stopped him from running his websites www.1stpatents.com and www.donmeekerassociates.com. According
to the official notice [Proceeding No. D2010-42] viewable at http://e-foia.uspto.gov/Foia/ReterivePdf?system=OED&flNm=0646_DIS_2011-04-13 Donald W. Meeker has LOST THE RIGHT TO EVER PRACTICE PATENT/TRADEMARK LAW AGAIN! This order was effective March 17, 2011.
