My generator had a major malfunction and stopped running. I have 1 week left on the warranty. I email Duropower and they said find a local engine shop and have them service the engine in accordance with the warranty. Only one problem. No shop in south Louisiana is familiar with Duropower,So I sent an email asking for the engine maker so I could tell the mechanic what he is working on. Well one week later and I still do not know the engine maker. I quess the warranty will expire and I will have a perfectly worthless generator. The generator worked fine for 11 months and 3 weeks. Very fuel efficeint, usually started on first crank.
