THEY SOLVED AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION A LONG NARROW POOL 7' wide x 37' long

Without any extra charge: they converted their 8' wide to a 7' wide x 37' pool enabling us to fit a pool perfectly in where nothing else on the market would work...added no extra time to delivery! We added a heat pump which works very well during the swimming
season but it quits at 50° outside air temp, so a gas heater may have been a better choice for year round usage. We bought a black pool which has been perfect for our situation. They also gave a terrific sale price, put together a FULL package and recommended
how we could save 75% on filters as well. Note that the pool site should be as level and stable as possible. We used compacted sand enclosed with 8" x 8" x 10' beams. We also had a pro plumber and pro electrician hook up the power and do the pipes to the heat
pump. We also built 3 small decks around the pool with steps all on a 10' x 70' ledge, on a steep hill. I am a GREAT fan of this company and it's products...it took 1 man 6 hours to properly prep the site, level the site and build this 6700 gallon heated lap
pool...took two men to install the large heat pump that gets the pool to my swimming temp of 92°. I would recommend buying an extra filter for convenience. I tried an ePool remote sensor for the chems but it proved unreliable (and expensive) . EZPOOLS needs
a remote sender of pool conditions-temp, ORP, etc. I would recommend this pool to anyone who did not want to put in a permanent pool due to Housing codes, nosy neighbors, liabilities, etc. as the pool can be put up and taken down and stored in less than 4
hours. (just in case) The company is quite fair to it's customers and very responsive. The site is not the easiest to navigate and get info and that is the ONLY negative I would give this excellent company with it's excellent service and products. Their pools
compared to competitors are far more affordable (but leave room $$ for accessories-heaters, decks, etc.) - the packages they offer are upgradeable and are well put together. Our only regret is that we didn't discover EZPOOLS sooner as we have been looking
for a reasonable custom pool maker for years and years. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS POOL, now GOING INTO season 2...if only they made a EZPOOLS custom winter enclosure.
