On December 12, 2010, I ordered Easy Feet online. I was asked for my credit card information which I gave. Then I was asked a series of questions. From reading the questions, I ordered one pair of deluxe easy feet. Then the confirmation page appeared. It showed 3 pair of deluxe easy feet sets. One set cost $24.98 and the other two cost $49.96. Shipping was $59.91. The total deducted from my account was $134.85. Once this page appeared, I could not change anything on the order. They got me.
I tried calling the customer service number, but my call would not go through. I have tried that number several times. From other victims, I have learned that once you order, your number is automatically blocked from their phone. I called from a different phone number and the call went right through. Apparently they do not anticipate repeat customers.
