I have gotten over a dozen loans over just the past few years as I am very active in Real Estate. Jacob knows his business extremely well. He understands the most difficult situations with ease. No need to spend much time explaining anything to them as they make things so simple and stress free.
I was also very surprised that they were able to get us the loans they did. Never thought they would pull it off as I work with many banks and mortgage companies. In fact, our company CFO reviewed and verified everything several times and was pleasantly surprised at the results. Jacob and Charlene delivered on everything they said they would.
it was a pleasure to pay them as they deserved and earned their fee. I would gladly hire them again for our next project that requires financing. Job well done!
