They say they want you to try their cartridges and earn your trust..yada yada yada!! So you have them send you one to try (first mistake..gave them a # of a toner that we used) before you even get a chance to try it out..another 2 show up. The next day they are calling to see if you received them. Still confused about why you received more, they fax over a bill thats unbelievable!! Since the first "trial" was 129.00 (163.00 w/ship/ins.& tax) (mind you this is a RE-MANUFACTURED cartridge and an HP NEW one would just be a few dollars more)I had NO intentions of getting anymore from them. But final straw is that they send a bill w/2 seperate invoices for 370.00 each for the other two cartridges for a total of 740.00 for 2 Cartridges...I asked them if they had lost their mind..After "calling" them on there scam, they really had no excuses worth while..I paid them what was the original offer and made sure they wont be calling here again!!
