I had a taxing time with Final Inches in September 2009. Initially, after canceling a procedure in ample time, I was being told I would not receive a refund. After several months of going back and forth, the general manager called and worked out the problem. This month, April 2010, she was willing and able to resolve the issue and provide a complete refund.I am very pleased with their determination to make sure I was satisfied and ended it with hopes that I would reconsider Final Inches if I ever wished to use such services again.
