I have been in foreclosure for some time and was working with an attorney who could not obtain a settlement for me. I finally gave up with him then was put in contact with Financial Counseling Group. I was understandably skeptical after my bad experience working with the attorney who did absolutely NOTHING for me. I decided to give it one last shot before giving up and letting my property go to sale. I am so glad I didn't give up without more of a fight. I went through the process of sending the needed paperwork- the file was submitted and within less than a month I had an offer which I could actually afford. I just received the permanent paperwork and my new loan terms. Could not be happier or more grateful. Thank you!!!!!!
