I was behind for almost a year and kept turning in the same documents over and over and over. FCG and US Advocates lowered my interest rate and payment so low I was shocked. Whatever they did the bank clearly was not just going to give me. Ive done modifications before and they only took $80 off my payments. I can start the new year hopeful and happy AND THANKFUL!
