Do not buy from this company they are scam artist. I called and ordered a treadmill in late August but changed my mind within an hour of ordering and cancelled my order. It is almost October and got a bill in the mail for over a thousand dollars for a treadmill i cancelled . Customer service refuses to help me they said i have to talk to accounting. They also would not let me talk to a manager. Finally got to talk to accounting today and was told she would take care of this and email me something in 20 min. she never did.I thought this was over with because customer service told me 6 times it was cancelled then i get this bill in the mail with an active account.This has fraud written all over it. Worst customer service dept. i ever dealt with they are no help and refuse to help. They arent getting away with this . I would give them a 0 rating.
