My name is Leonard Adam Cholewinski, USAF Retired with a 100% disability. After my most recent annual physical with my local VA clinic, it was brought to my attention that there may be an opportunity to obtain a therapy machine that would benefit my lower extremity deficits. After receiving the VA cost criteria, my internet search brought me to Israel at FEB. I needed a specific machine and I was also at the mercy of the VA bureaucracy. Israel at FEB was extremely helpful. Israel and FEB offered a machine specific to my situation, (Physio Step LXT Linear cross trainer), he was able to offer his product under the VA cost criteria and he was very patient with me over time when the VA ultimately decided to not purchase this machine. If the opportunity presents itself for me to purchase this equipment on my own, without the roller coast ride of VA bureaucracy, I will definitely contact Israel at FEB. Israel's equipment knowledge, communication skills, and compassion, are second to none. Thanks again Israel, until we speak again, Adam
