After agreeing to have an implant done and assurance from Dr Karapetian that it would work he added bone twice and stilled failed to get the implant properly installed. After spending $4000 on the implant and necessary exrays and bone addition he said he could not do the work. We agreed to a refund of $2450 and he said we would have the money in a couple weeks. The check arrived in the amount of $1300. He agreed to $2450 refund and then cut the refund in half without any discussion with us. We called about it and he very rudely said he only agreed to the $1300 and we weren't going to get the original amount. He lied about the implant, he lied about agreeing to the refund and lied about the amount of refund. He is a liar and has poor business ethics.
