SOLD A BILL OF GOODS!

This has been a very difficult experience. I spoke with two different sales reps and I 'chatted' prior to paying them to list my property (s). My primary concern was that I would be allowed to switch out properties, as needed, as we manage multiple homes in the area. I was assured many times that this would not be an issue. After having 1 unit listed for 12 days with no inquiries, I decided to (try to) update my listing with a different unit. I was unable to do so so submitted a help ticket. After 3 days passed, my help ticked was responded to - I was told that in order to do this, I would have to provide copies of utility bills for each property OR I could upgrade my subscription. I've gone back and forth with multiple different Customer Service Reps, asking each of them for a refund (it's still not yet been 30 days since I signed up) and have been denied. I was, without a doubt, sold the proverbial 'bill of goods'. They took my money under the guise of being able to change out properties anytime I choose, yet the first time I try to do so, I'm given the run around and they've tried to upsell me. No thanks!
