My experience with this community complex has not been a pleasant one at all. The company has yet to bring the apartment up to the move in conditions that were promised to be finished before my family and I move in. This includes putting in working sliding doors, fixing holes in the walls and appliances. We signed our lease in Feb 2008 and were informed by chance when someone did a hit and run on my car in the parking lot by a police officer that there is a drug rehab facility in the building next to us. We have two small children and we can't even take them outside to play. Even though we have brought this to the companies attention they still refuse to let us out of our lease or even explain to us why they are hiding this information from us.
The apartment unit themselves are nice inside, once they are completed, if ever but we can't even open our windows without smelling cannabis. It is very disheartning.
