I ordered a garryvac today through their website and did not get a receipt at the end of the order to let me know how much they were going to charge my credit card. At once I became suspicious and called to cancel the order. I was told I had to call back on Monday as the order had not gone through yet. It was very hard to understand the customer service rep as he did not speak very good english. I then checked the web for complaints against them and realized I should have checked them out first. Be careful before you place your order. Even the confirmation email you receive has no information in it.
