I just want to thank First Federal and Abel for saving My moms house and almost 3000 dollars on the mortgage payment, Abel was able to lower my payment from 4460 to 1509.07 Including taxes & Ins. I'm thankful and Grateful. Process took close to 3 months but they did complete the Modification. Thank you First Federal and happy holidays.
