I placed 2 orders on Valentine's Day with this company and neither one was ever delivered but my credit card has been charged $163.00 and $166.00. I have called the customer service number consistantly for three days and all I get is a recording saying due to the high volume of calls all customer service representives are busy assisting other customers and to try back later. When I learned that neither my mother or my husband had not received their flowers at work on Valentine's Day, I began emailing cancellation letters to the customer service department. On February 15 there was no response so I emailed them again to please cancel my order and refund my money. I did get the delivery response from my email account that shows 3 out 5 of my cancellation letters had been read. I still have not heard from anyone and the charges are still on my card. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I do not understand how the BBB rates this company with a B+; this company should be shut down and criminal charges brought against them. Do yourself a favor and check the reviews of a company before you give them your business so you will not have to go through the headaches I've endured while dealing with this company. I would not even give them 1 star but this site will not let me delete it.
