All too often businesses get noted for their bad service. In this case Klaus & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning is being personally recognized for their GREAT PERFORMANCE.
Like many in this area, my home was built in the late 1970's and while very fortunate to have my heating and air conditioner last for 33 years without major service needs, there comes a time when all systems need replacement. That time arrived for me.
Because I had fantastic service from Klaus & Sons Plumbing in the past, I called them again for this problem,. They even answered the phone on a holiday and set the appointment for the very next day.
They performed as expected, on time, fully prepared, and very knowledgeable service technicians analyzed my problems and surveyed my needs. They presented my alternatives in a straight forward way. My decision to put in a total new system had them presenting a competitive price for a high quality unit and an installation appointment for two days later as requested.
Installation went flawlessly. They removed the old compressor and inside heating unit and had the new HVAC equipment(the largest residential product made) installed and running perfectly in less than four hours. I was given instructions on how to use this new equipment and even how to program the new high tech thermostat. They left our home undisturbed and without a trace of their having been there.
Klaus & Sons worked efficiently and very professionally and I recommend them based on my personal experience.
