At LifeSpas we want to prove to every customer that the spa they are purchasing is a better value than our competition. We do side-by-side comparisons to show that our spas have more features, stronger construction and superior quality. This customer was offered the option of leaving a fully refundable deposit to stay eligible for some special incentives, which included a coupon. Unfortunately this customer didn’t take advantage of locking in this limited-time offer. Our $1950 advertised spa is in the middle of the showroom for every customer to see. It is displayed on its side so customers can view the construction. We like to show our insulation and the fact that we use 2x4 frame and bottom supports, whereas a lot of the bigger brands only use 2x2 or 2x3 supports. We have another spa, which has an identical shape, but upgraded filter, sitting flat so customers can sit in it. We specifically point this out to our customers. At LifeSpas we are committed to helping our customers find the spa that is right for them.
